Admission

The admission process for the women-only MBBS program at Ad-din Sakina Medical College involves meeting specific academic and entrance exam criteria set by the college and the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) of Bangladesh. Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: The college accepts only female candidates.
• Age: The applicant must be at least 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year.
• Academic:
  • Must have passed 10th (SSC/'O' level) and 12th (HSC/'A' level) or equivalent exams with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) as compulsory subjects.
  • A minimum aggregate GPA of 7.0 (on a scale of 10) across SSC and HSC is generally required, with a minimum GPA of 3.5 in each exam.
  • A minimum GPA/marks in Biology is also required (e.g., 3.5 GPA or 60% marks).
  • There may be a limit on the number of gap years after the 12th grade (usually a maximum of two years).
• Entrance Exam:
  • For Indian Students: A valid qualifying score in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) is mandatory, as per National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines.
