Jahurul Islam Medical College
Jahurul Islam Medical College (JIMC) is a private medical college located in the Bhagalpur village of Bajitpur Upazila, in the Kishoreganj District of Bangladesh. It was established in 1992 by philanthropist Jahurul Islam.
- Affiliation: JIMC is affiliated with the University of Dhaka and approved by the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC).
- Recognition: The college is recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Medical Commission (NMC), making its MBBS degree valid in many countries.
- Teaching Hospital: The campus includes the Jahurul Islam Medical College Hospital, a teaching hospital that offers practical training to students. The hospital's capacity is undergoing expansion to reach 500 beds.

- MBBS Program: JIMC offers a five-year Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course, followed by a mandatory one-year internship.

- Student Hostels: Separate, well-organized hostels are available for male and female students. All students are required to live in the college hostels.
- Hostel Amenities: Hostel facilities include a dining hall with a meal plan, a common room, and a reading area. Cooking is prohibited in student rooms.
